This single-parcel cuvée comes from a specific plot and represents an even more personal expression of the winemaker’s work, in continuity with the family heritage and a certified organic approach. The clay-limestone terroir imparts tension and depth, giving rise to a Champagne that combines precision with artisanal sensitivity.

This edition, from the 2019 harvest, is the result of a careful selection and a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Vinification and fermentation take place with minimal intervention, using both stainless steel and oak to fully respect the raw material. After bottling, it undergoes lees aging for a minimum of 24 months, contributing to structure and complexity. The final dosage of 4 g/l, in Extra Brut style, enhances a precise and dynamic expression.

On the palate, Cléobuline – Chapitre #1 stands out for its fine and persistent perlage and a profile that weaves together ripe yellow fruit, citrus, and light pastry notes. It shows a precise balance between breadth and freshness, with a vibrant texture and a long, saline finish supported by a marked mineral imprint that carries through elegantly.
