The Champagne Les Pièces by J.M. Gandon comes from the vineyards of Branscourt, in the Vallée de la Vesle, where Pinot Noir finds a precise expression deeply connected to its terroir. The parcels, planted by Jean-Marie Gandon and now tended by Victor, are cultivated according to sustainable viticulture principles, with the aim of preserving the identity of the soil and highlighting every nuance of the site through a respectful and authentic approach.

This Magnum edition, harvest 2020, is made through vinification and fermentation with indigenous yeasts, without filtration, to preserve the wine’s expressive purity. Fermentation takes place in wooden barrels, helping define a more complex and layered texture, while after tirage it undergoes at least 48 months of ageing on the lees, adding structure and depth. With no final dosage, in Brut Nature style, it enhances precision and balance.

In tasting, Les Pièces reveals a bright and well-defined profile, with an elegant texture that combines energy and finesse. On the palate, it stands out for balance and tension, supported by a compact substance and a long, harmonious persistence that allows the quality of Pinot Noir to emerge over time. Production in a limited run of only 100 Magnums.
