The Champagne Les Pièces by J.M. Gandon takes shape in the vineyards of Branscourt, in the Vallée de la Vesle, where Pinot Noir finds a precise expression deeply connected to its terroir. The parcels, planted by Jean-Marie Gandon and now tended by Victor, are farmed according to sustainable viticulture principles, with the aim of preserving soil identity and enhancing every nuance of the site through a respectful and authentic approach.

This edition, 2022 harvest, is crafted through vinification and fermentation with indigenous yeasts, without filtration, in order to preserve the wine’s purest expression. Fermentation takes place in wooden barrels, contributing greater complexity and texture, while after tirage the wine undergoes at least 24 months on the lees. Without final dosage, in Brut Nature style, it highlights precision and balance.

In tasting, Les Pièces reveals a bright and defined profile, with an elegant texture combining energy and finesse. On the palate, it stands out for its balance and tension, supported by a compact structure and a long, harmonious persistence that gradually reveals the quality of the Pinot Noir over time. The overall production amounts to 5,230 bottles and 100 Magnums.
