Blanc de Blancs RĂ©serve
Champagne Blanc de Blancs Réserve by Guy Charlemagne is the result of 100% Chardonnay coming from vines of the 100% Grand Cru villages of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger, in the Côte des Blancs.This cuvée is produced starting from vin de réserve and vinifies in thermo-regulated tanks, malolatic fermentation is done and remains on the yeasts for at least 36 months. Dosage in the Brut parameters (8 g/l). Champagne Blanc de Blancs Réserve is floral with pleasant notes of white and rose flowers, the palate is soft and harmonious, with good minerality. It is an elegant Champagne, excellent as an aperitif and dishes based on oysters and shellfish.
