ADN de Foudre - Pinot Noir 2018
The Champagne ADN de Foudre Pinot Noir by Chritstophe Mignon is a Blanc de Noirs from 100% Pinot Noir grapes (aged over 30) carefully selected from parcels located on the Terroir of Festigny and Le Breuil. The result of the harvest 2018, the parcel vinification occurs in stainless steel or enamelled steel vats, before the wine further ages for 8 months in oak barrels. This is followed by a further 60 months in bottle before dégorgement.
The Champagne Extra Brut ADN de Foudre Pinot Noir by Chritstophe Mignon presents itself with a beautiful sparkling hue, elegant reflections and a delicate and persistent perlage. To the nose it is very pure and delicate, with subtle wooden notes. On the palate it expresses power, great precision and freshness.
