Blanc Vignes Dieu 2022
The Côteaux Champenois Vignes Dieu by Bonnet-Ponson is a white wine made from 100% Chardonnay, sourced from a single vineyard planted in 1968 through selection massale. The vineyard, facing southeast and located near Coulommes-la-Montagne, lies on clay-sandy soils with a limestone base, conditions that give the wine aromatic richness, mineral depth, and remarkable structural elegance.
The 2022 harvest was vinified with fermentation and 30 months of aging in 600-liter oak barrels, without the addition of sulfites, to fully express the purity of the variety and the vitality of the fruit. Bottling took place in March 2025, marking the culmination of an artisanal winemaking process of great precision and sensitivity.
On the palate, Vignes Dieu 2022 reveals a complex and refined profile, with notes of ripe citrus, white flowers, fresh almond, and flint, followed by nuances of hazelnut butter and wild herbs. The palate is taut and deep, with vibrant acidity, a creamy texture, and a long, saline finish, highlighting its gastronomic character and capacity for evolution.
