The Champagne Brut Nature by Ayala expresses purity and precision, the result of a masterful blend of 25% Pinot Noir, 52% Chardonnay and 33% Meunier, sourced from a meticulous selection of 70 Crus. The cuvée is based on the 2020 harvest, enhanced with 40% reserve wines from the 2016-2019 vintages. Micro-vinification takes place in small stainless steel vats, followed by extended aging on the lees, which enhances its elegant complexity. The absence of dosage highlights the exceptional quality of this expression, in the purest Zéro Dosage (Brut Nature) style.
