Champagne Thierry Fournier was born in the Champagne of the 1930s, when the family purchased a small parcel of vines in Festigny, on the Rive Gauche of the Vallée de la Marne, destined to grow over time. Since then, five generations have followed one another with the same passion, and in 1983 Thierry joined his grandfather, giving life to the celebrated Cuvée Réserve, which became the emblem of the house. Since 2020, his sons Julien and Maxime have opened a new chapter, blending their family heritage with a contemporary, creative and refined oenological sensibility.

Set in the hamlet of Neuville, a part of Festigny, the Domaine extends over roughly fifteen hectares spread across more than fifty parcels and a dozen villages, a mosaic of clay-limestone terroirs that safeguards its true identity. Here the vines, of a considerable average age, rest on soils that lend structure, depth and a recognisable richness. The historic cellars of Festigny, now joined by the new facility in Cuis, host long ageing on the lees, giving the Champagnes a mature character and an unmistakable personality.

The vineyard is largely devoted to Meunier, the grape emblematic of this area that finds full expression here, complemented by Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The family farms with respect for the environment, holding Haute Valeur Environnementale certification, with grass cover between the rows, hand harvesting and parcels progressively converted to organic. The result is generous, deep Champagnes, faithful to their terroir and to the authenticity of those who craft them. Champagnes that, for five generations, have continued to tell the story of the Vallée de la Marne through honest wines rooted in their land.
