Héritage Millésime 2015
The Champagne Héritage Millésime by André Heucq is part of the Héritage collection and takes shape near the villages of Cuisles and Jonquery in the Vallée de la Marne, an area historically devoted to the cultivation of Meunier on illitic clay soils with limestone components. This cuvée consistently expresses the house identity through the blend of the three classic Champagne grape varieties – Chardonnay (50%), Pinot Noir (30%) and Meunier (20%) – seeking balance, depth and territorial fidelity.
This edition, Millésime 2015, is vinified with 70% fermented in stainless steel and 30% in fût de chêne, a choice that combines aromatic precision with greater structural breadth. After tirage, the wine rests on its lees for at least 72 months, gaining complexity and layered character. The final dosage, under 4 g/l – Extra Brut – highlights tension, clarity and expressive transparency.
On the palate, Héritage Millésime 2015 stands out for its elegant and articulated profile, with notes of ripe citrus, yellow apple, dried fruit and delicate toasty nuances. It reveals a well-balanced structure, creamy texture and well-integrated freshness, supported by a mineral vein that steadily drives the progression. The finish is long and precise, with harmonious persistence and savory echoes that clearly define its style.
