Champagne Augustin
Cœur SaphyrCoeur Saphyr Champagne is the result of 100% Meunier grapes from vineyards of a single Cru in Avenay Val d'Or in the Vallée de la Marne.The vineyards are cultivated according to the fundamental principles of organic and biodynamic viticulture (certified) in harmony with the phases of the moon. Product of a single harvest, the principles of biodynamics are also followed in the cellar. The alcoholic fermentation is spontaneous with the use of unfiltered indigenous yeasts with sur lies refinement for 11 months in dolium, spherical/ovoid shaped terracotta containers. Champagne Brut not dosed during disgorgement and without sulphites. Coeur Saphyr Champagne is deep, energetic with a characteristic and complex aromatic bouquet. - Shipping and returns
