Champagne Augustin
Les VertusChampagne Les Vertus is the result of 100% Chardonnay grapes from property vineyards in Avenay Val d'Or, in the Vallée de la Marne and in Vertus, in the Côte des Blancs.The vineyards are cultivated according to the fundamental principles of organic and biodynamic viticulture (certified) in harmony with the phases of the moon. Product of the 2020 harvest, the principles of biodynamics are also followed in the cellar. The alcoholic fermentation is spontaneous with the use of unfiltered indigenous yeasts with sur lies refinement for 11 months in Kvevri, an egg-shaped clay container. Subsequent refinement in bottle for at least 36 months. Champagne Brut not dosed during disgorgement. Champagne Les Vertus is energetic, vibrant, with a structured drink. - Shipping and returns
