Champagne Roses de Jeanne
PR/R19 2019
The Champagne Presle PR/R19 by CĂ©dric Bouchard (Domaine Roses de Jeanne) is the result of 100% Pinot Noir grapes harvested in a single plot of 0.25 hectares and 10 different clones of Pinot Noir, planted around the village of Celles-sur-Ource (CĂ´te des Bar).
Harvest 2019 with vinification of the first grape pressing and fermentation in sainless stell tanks with indigenous yeasts. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle and is followed by a refining of 42 months on its lees before disgorging. No liqueur de dosage.
This Champagne Blanc de Noirs is rich, aromatic and expressive.
