Champagne Roses de Jeanne
HL/R19
The Champagne La Haute Lemblé HL/R19 by Cédric Bouchard (Domaine Roses de Jeanne) is the fruit of 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested from an old vineyard of 0.11 h located near the village of Celles-sur-Ource (Côte des Bar).
Harvest 2019 with vinification of the first pressing of the grapes exclusively, fermentation in steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. This is followed by a second fermentation in the bottle with ageing on the lees for around 42 months before disgorging with no liqueur de dosage.
A Champagne Blanc de Blancs that perfectly reflects the expression of its micro-terroir of origin.
