Champagne Roses de Jeanne
BO/R19 2019
The Champagne BO/R19 by Cédric Bouchard (Domaine Roses de Jeanne) is the result of 100% Pinot Blanc grapes - Cépages Oubliés - harvested from a single parcel called La Bolorée with over 50-year old vineyard located in the surroundings of the village Celles-sur-Ource (Côte des Bar).
Harvest 2019 with vinification of the first grape pressing, fermentation in stainless steel vats with indigenous yeasts. This is followed by the second fermentation in the bottle with ageing on the lees for approximately 42 months before disgorgin. No liqueur de dosage.
This Champagne Blanc de Blancs is pure, elegant and of great harmony.
