The Champagne Chemin du Bois 2017 by Fabrice Pouillon is a Blanc de Noirs of Pinot Noir grapes, coming from the same-name parcel (lieu-dit) in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, a village classified as Premier Cru in Vallée de la Marne. This bold Champagne is produced according to the principles of Méthode Fabrice Pouillon, that is no sugar addiction during refermentation, letting the natural sugars do their job. Unique Champagne for a very limited production.
