The Champagne Brut Nature Millésime by Marie-Noëlle Ledru expresses with precision the character of the Grand Cru village of Ambonnay, in the Montagne de Reims, enhancing the distinctive qualities of this vintage. The cuvée is based predominantly on Pinot Noir grapes, supported by a component of Chardonnay that brings balance and finesse, resulting in a Champagne of strong personality.
This edition, Vintage 2010, takes shape through vinification and fermentation focused on maximum expressive purity, followed by extended lees ageing that builds depth and complexity while maintaining tension and precision. After tirage, the wine continues its evolution, gaining further definition, while the absence of dosage, in Brut Nature style, highlights the most authentic identity of the terroir.
On the palate, it stands out for an intense and structured profile, with notes of ripe red fruits, citrus, and mineral and toasted nuances. The structure is broad and deep, supported by vibrant freshness that leads to a long, elegant, and persistent finish, expressing the character of a powerful and long-lived Champagne.
