Cuvée 2 - Le Rosé Guillemette
The Champagne Rosé Cuvée 2 - Guillemette by Leclaire-Thiefaine consists of 92% Chardonnay and 8% Pinot Noir from its own vineyards located in the village of Avize, classified as 100% Grand Cru in the Côte des Blancs. Vinification follows the Champenoise tradition, and the wine ages on its own yeasts for at least 4 years and has final dosage less than 4 g/l - making it an Extra Brut.
This Cuvée Rosé presents itself on the nose with citrus notes reflecting on the palate notes of orange peel and red fruit. A perfect Champagne Rosé in combination with Parma ham or Culatello di Zibello, also excellent with red meat dishes or for a dessert rich in red fruit.
