The Champagne Le Blanc de Noirs “Grands Jardins” by Hugues Godmé is made exclusively from Pinot Noir, harvested in the prestigious villages of Verzenay and Verzy, both classified as Grand Cru in the Montagne de Reims. A terroir renowned for its ability to impart structure, depth, and tension to the wines, here enhanced through a vinification process that respects the varietal’s true identity.
Following fermentation, the wine matures for over 4 years on the lees, without undergoing fining or filtration. The absence of dosage (Brut Nature) reflects a deliberate stylistic choice: allowing the Pinot Noir to faithfully express the character of its origin, without any sugary interference.
On the palate, “Grands Jardins” stands out for its broad and structured texture, supported by a vibrant minerality and an aromatic profile evoking ripe red fruits, delicate spices, and subtle toasted nuances. A profound Blanc de Noirs Champagne of great expressive precision.
