The Millésime 1989 is a blend of 70% Meunier and 30% Chardonnay, sourced from a historic vintage. Its long aging of over 34 years on the lees lends the wine extraordinary complexity, while the Extra Brut dosage enhances its balance and precision, highlighting a sensory profile both rare and inimitable.
In the glass, it displays a deep golden hue, crossed by an extremely fine and steady stream of bubbles. The bouquet unfolds with evolved notes of dried fruit, citrus peel, brioche, and noble spices. On the palate, it stands out for its elegant structure, refined creaminess, and a lingering finish marked by mineral and saline tones.
