The Champagne Prés de Dieu by Guillaume Sergent is a Blanc de Blancs made from 100% Chardonnay, sourced from two prestigious Lieux-Dits in the Montagne de Reims: Les Prés in Vrigny, characterized by an eastern exposure and sandy soils, and Les Vignes Dieu in Coulommes-la-Montagne, with southern exposure and more calcareous soils. Two complementary expressions which, when combined, give the wine energy, tension, and mineral elegance.

The cuvée comes from the 2022 harvest, vinified and aged entirely in oak barrels, with spontaneous fermentations and an artisanal approach. After tirage, the wine aged for about 24 months on its lees, gaining depth and finesse. Disgorgement was followed by a minimal dosage of 2.5 g/l – Extra Brut, a choice that emphasizes purity and stylistic precision.

In tasting, Prés de Dieu shows a bright golden color and a fine, persistent mousse. The nose reveals aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit, fresh flowers, and mineral notes. On the palate, it is fresh and taut, with incisive salinity and a harmonious balance that extends into a long, vibrant finish.

Production is extremely limited, with only 1,576 bottles released.
