The Champagne Rosé de Meunier by Audrey Brocard is a Rosé de Saignée made from 100% Meunier, sourced from vineyards around Trélou-sur-Marne, in the heart of the Vallée de la Marne. It’s a project that reflects the artisanal sensitivity of the young vigneronne and her desire to highlight the authentic expression of Meunier, the emblematic grape of this Champagne region.

This edition, from the 2019 vintage, stands out for its balance and brightness and forms the foundation of a cuvée made exclusively from the “Cœur de Cuvée”. Vinification and fermentation involve direct maceration of the grapes and no malolactic fermentation, in order to preserve freshness and tension. A portion of the wine undergoes maturation in foudre, adding greater depth and aromatic complexity. After tirage, it is aged on the lees for a minimum of 5 years. The final dosage of 0 g/l, in Brut Nature style, defines its pure and precise profile.

On the palate, the Rosé de Meunier reveals an intense and refined profile, with a brilliant copper hue and aromas of crisp red fruits, pomegranate, and citrus zest. The mouthfeel is vibrant and structured, supported by a delicate tannic texture and a mineral persistence that enhances its purity and energy. A Rosé Champagne of character and precision, beautifully combining fineness, substance, and verticality.
