The Champagne Le Meunier des Trois Côteaux by Audrey Brocard is a Blanc de Noirs with a strong territorial identity, made from 100% Meunier grown in the Clos de Chassins, in the village of Trélou-sur-Marne, at the heart of the Vallée de la Marne. The cuvée is based on the 2019 harvest, enriched with 30% vin de réserve following the Solera method, which adds depth and continuity to its profile. Vinification is carried out without malolactic fermentation, with part of the wine aged in fût de chêne, enhancing structure and authenticity. The minimal dosage of 0.8 g/l places it in the Extra Brut category, highlighting a stylistic choice for purity.

On tasting, Le Meunier des Trois Côteaux shows a bright straw yellow hue, enlivened by a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet is broad and layered, revealing ripe fruit, white flowers, and delicate spicy undertones. On the palate, it displays a solid and vibrant structure, supported by well-balanced freshness, a precise mineral texture, and a lingering finish that conveys both balance and depth.
