Legras & Haas

Champagne Legras & Haas is based in Chouilly, a Grand Cru village in the Côte des Blancs, and is rooted in a long-standing family tradition that combines viticultural expertise with a modern vision. The Legras family has cultivated vineyards in this area for generations, while the partnership with the Haas family has strengthened and expanded the project. Today, the Domaine is led by brothers Rémi, Olivier and Jérôme Legras, who continue a precise and consistent approach focused on highlighting Chardonnay and the finest terroirs of the region.

The vineyards cover around 18 hectares, with a strong presence in the Grand Cru villages of the Côte des Blancs, particularly in Chouilly, where chalky soils bring tension, finesse and precision to the wines. In the cellar, vinification alternates between stainless steel and oak to enhance both purity and complexity, while ageing on lees is carefully managed to build balance and depth. The result is an elegant and dynamic style, combining energy and refinement, offering Champagnes that clearly express their origin and invite a deeper, more engaging discovery.
