The Champagne Terre des Moines 2018 by Vadin-Plateau is a Blanc de Meunier sourced from the namesake parcel located in Cumières, a Premier Cru village in the Vallée de la Marne. The grapes, harvested during the 2018 vintage, come from a single plot cultivated with respect for the terroir and vinified with artisanal care to highlight its purest and most expressive nuances.
The wine matures on its lees for 6 years, sealed with a cork stopper from the moment of secondary fermentation — an approach that encourages a more intense and complex evolution. The absence of final dosage (Brut Nature) reflects the desire to preserve the grape’s tension and identity, offering an authentic and precise interpretation of Meunier.
On the palate, Terre des Moines 2018 stands out for its vibrant minerality, lively fruit and a deep aromatic texture, made even more captivating by the extended lees aging. Produced in limited quantities, it embodies one of the Domaine’s purest and most distinctive expressions.
