Champagne Thomas de Marne is a small family-run organic Domaine, heir to the renowned Champagne Val'frison. Thomas, son of Thierry de Marne and Valerie Frison, is carrying on the work started by his parents, who took over the vineyards in 1997. Initially, the grapes were sold to the local cooperative, but since 2003 the vineyards have been converted to biological viticulture. In 2007, with the first certified organic harvest, they began producing small quantities of champagne under the De Marne Frison brand.

After Thierry and Valerie's separation in 2013, the company was relaunched by Valerie as Champagne Val Frison. Since 2018, Thomas has returned to collaborate with his mother in managing the company and, since 2020, he has assumed complete management under the name Thomas de Marne, thus continuing the family tradition with his creative and modern vision. Located in the village of Ville-sur-Arce, in the Côte des Bar, Domaine Thomas de Marne is managed according to an organic approach. unique terroir.

The vineyards thrive on Kimmeridgian and Portlandian soils, rich in limestone and fossils, which give the grapes an aromatic complexity and distinctive minerality.
