Le Triumvirat Millésime 2009
The Champagne Le Triumvirat Millésime 2009 by Tarlant is an artisanal cuvée born from three historic parcels in the village of Œuilly — Les Crayons, l’Enclume, and Les Sables — and crafted from a blend of 58% Chardonnay and 42% Pinot Noir. The grapes, grown exclusively in estate-owned vineyards, reflect a mindful viticulture that respects the soil, fully aligned with the vigneron's independent and craft-driven philosophy.
The 2009 harvest was followed by traditional vinification in wooden barrels, with spontaneous fermentation and no malolactic fermentation, preserving the vintage’s natural energy and aromatic precision. After a long ageing on the lees, the wine was disgorged with zero dosage (0 g/l), confirming its pure and essential Brut Nature style.
On the palate, Le Triumvirat 2009 reveals elegant mineral finesse. The bouquet unfolds in layers, with notes of ripe citrus, dried fruit, white flowers, and a chalky undertone. The mouthfeel is vertical and vibrant, supported by a saline structure that leads to a deep, luminous finish.
