The Cuvée Prestige by Taittinger is a refined and harmonious Champagne, crafted from a blend of 40% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, and 20% Meunier, selected from over 35 vineyards and multiple vintages matured to perfection. This high proportion of Chardonnay, rare in non-vintage Champagnes, along with a minimum aging of three years in the Maison’s cellars, gives this cuvée a delicate balance and consistently high quality, recognized internationally.
Visually, the Cuvée Prestige displays a brilliant golden yellow color, crossed by fine bubbles and a discreet yet persistent mousse. The open and expressive bouquet features fruity aromas and brioche notes, accompanied by scents of peach, white flowers (hawthorn, acacia), and vanilla pod. On the palate, the attack is lively and fresh, in perfect harmony with its delicate structure. Flavors of fresh fruit and honey emerge, providing the wine with a pleasant softness and excellent aromatic potential, developed through three to four years of cellar aging.
