The Champagne Brut by Nathalie Falmet tells of a precious corner of the Côte des Bar, in Rouvres-les-Vignes, where the vines set in the Val Cornet and Val Dron parcels guard Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soils that lend drive and finesse. Born from a constant dialogue between soil and climate, this wine conveys a philosophy of oenological precision and deep respect for the land, in which every choice aims to capture with clarity the vibrant mineral energy of the terroir.

This edition, 2021 harvest, comes from a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, enriched by 30% reserve wines that bring breadth and gustatory continuity. Vinification and fermentation take place entirely in stainless steel tanks, while after tirage follows an ageing of at least 24 months on the lees, capable of developing structure and depth. The final dosage of 5 g/l, in Brut style, enhances the balance between fresh momentum and aromatic richness.

On tasting, it reveals a bright golden yellow hue, crossed by a fine and regular perlage that anticipates its precision on the palate. On the palate it shows an enveloping vinosity and a dynamic profile, supported by a texture that is dense yet perfectly calibrated. A lively freshness runs through the entire drink and accompanies an expressive, powerful finish, where structure and persistence merge in a balance of rare coherence.
