The Champagne Nuances 70' by Manon Boutillez-Guer is a refined Blanc de Blancs, made from 100% Chardonnay sourced from the lieux-dits “Les Bleigniers” and “Les Allouettes”, located near the village of Villers-Marmery in the Montagne de Reims. An expression of elegance and precision, “Nuances 70’” was created to capture the radiant freshness of Villers-Marmery through a modern and sensorial interpretation. Manon Boutillez-Guer signs a vibrant and poised Champagne, where technical rigor and artisanal sensitivity blend in perfect harmony.

The 2020 harvest was vinified in stainless steel vats and, after tirage, aged on the lees for around 36 months before disgorgement. The dosage of 4 g/l, in Extra Brut style, enhances the purity, tension, and mineral finesse that are hallmarks of this Chardonnay terroir.

On the palate, Nuances 70’ reveals a pale golden hue with fine and persistent bubbles. The nose is fresh and dynamic, offering notes of chalk and lemon that evolve into more complex nuances of tarragon, peppermint, and delicate praline. The palate is elegant and harmonious, with floral and citrus notes complemented by flavors of Granny Smith apple and green kiwi. The finish is fresh and subtly musky, evoking the crispness of freshly picked grapes.
