Since its founding in 1963, Le Brun de Neuville has grown around a community of winegrowers united by the desire to highlight the Côte de Sézanne and the luminous identity of Chardonnay. A project spanning more than sixty years, it continues to be driven by a genuinely family-oriented spirit, now under the leadership of Damien Champy, President since 2008, and Gilles Baltazart, Cellar Master since 1986. A balance of experience and continuity that has allowed the Maison to establish a distinctive style deeply rooted in its terroir.

Across the chalky hills of the Côte de Sézanne lie vineyards with an average age of over 40 years, spread across 12 villages and planted with 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir. The subsoil, composed of highly porous chalk and calcite, acts as a natural water reservoir, ensuring a steady supply even during the driest periods and contributing to wines of balance, freshness and precision. This direct connection to the terroir is reflected in a thoughtful and consistent viticulture, capable of expressing the nuances of the region with clarity.

Specialized in Blanc de Blancs Champagnes, the cooperative interprets Chardonnay through an elegant and evolving style, marked by floral aromas, citrus notes and mineral undertones, supported by a natural aptitude for ageing that enhances long maturation periods. Pinot Noir, used in selected cuvées, brings structure and depth, completing a well-defined and harmonious range. The result is a production that invites discovery, offering Champagnes that authentically express the Côte de Sézanne with balance, finesse and a strong sense of identity.
