This wine is born from an innovative vision, based on eco-sustainable agricultural practices and a rigorous winemaking process that excludes any compromise on quality. The result is an authentic, expressive, and characterful Champagne, capable of enhancing the natural essence of the grapes and their deep connection to the land.
Esprit Nature is composed predominantly of Pinot Noir, with a small percentage of Chardonnay. One of its most distinctive characteristics is the low sulfite content and fermentation in oak barrels from the Argonne forests, which imparts structure and complexity, while preserving purity and freshness.
In tasting, Esprit Nature presents itself with a bright golden hue, enhanced by a fine and lively perlage. On the nose, it opens with fresh notes of white-fleshed fruit, such as apple and pear, enriched by citrus nuances and delicate floral touches. The contact with wood also imparts elegant mineral and hazelnut aromas, which accentuate its depth and complexity. On the palate, it stands out for its vibrant freshness and the impeccable balance between acidity and structure. The fruit and citrus notes intertwine with a silky texture, while the minerality emerges with great precision. Subtle hints of honey, delicate spices, and toasted almonds further enrich the aromatic profile, leading to a long, clean, and refined finish, with a persistent sapidity that extends the pleasure.
