The Champagne La Meunière by Hélène Charbaut offers a precise interpretation of Meunier from the Premier Cru village of Bisseuil in the Grande Vallée de la Marne. The grapes come from the lieu-dit Le Chaudion, a parcel planted in 1999, characterized by clay-limestone soils and a south-west exposure, conditions that shape a clear and coherent expression of the terroir. The result is a Blanc de Noirs with strong identity, designed to highlight the character of both the grape variety and its origin.

This edition, 2022 harvest, takes shape through vinification and maturation in oak barrels for at least 9 months, a choice that enhances depth while preserving precision. After bottling, the wine undergoes a minimum of 30 months ageing on its lees before dégorgement. The absence of dosage emphasizes a pure and direct profile, allowing the personality of the Meunier and the vintage to emerge without interference.
