The Champagne Réserve by Gatinois comes from Aÿ, one of the most prestigious Grand Crus in Champagne, where the south-facing slopes provide ideal ripening and an unmistakable personality. From this exceptional terroir comes a wine that embodies both power and refinement, the expression of a family Domaine rooted in respect for the landscape and in a constant pursuit of an expressive balance capable of uniting strength and finesse.

This edition shows a predominance of Pinot Noir grapes alongside Chardonnay, which brings softness and momentum to the overall profile. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks, a choice that enhances the structure of the leading variety, while after tirage the wine ages on the lees for a minimum of 36 months before dégorgement, amplifying complexity, aromatic depth and a sense of great richness, completed by a final dosage in Brut style.

On the palate it is broad and enveloping, with a velvety tactile texture and a balance that offsets the generosity of Pinot Noir with a measured, never tiring freshness. The structure is full and harmonious, sustained by a long and progressive persistence, where notes of ripe fruit, brioche and honey accompany a gourmand finish, rich and of rare gustatory coherence.
