Champagne Delavenne
Amour De Louis
Champagne Amour de Louise by Delavenne is the result of the blending of 70% Chardonnay coming from vines in the Grand Cru of Bouzy village in the Montagne de Reims and 30% vin de réserve from 8 different vintages (2004 to 2011) with the solera method. The Delavenne family manages the vineyard by adopting a sustainable and responsible approach, the land is in fact worked with integrated viticulture methods, natural fertilizers and without the use of herbicides. The Champagne Amour de Louise vinifies in steel tanks and the fermentation is spontaneous with indigenous yeasts; the malolactic process is not done and it does not undergo filtration or clarification processes. Aging on the yeasts for at least 5 years. Dosage within the Brut parameters (6 g/ l).
Gourmet Champagne, generous with fresh notes of hawthorn and good minerality; ideal for an aperitif or throughout a meal.
