Champagne Delavenne
Aura De Marius
Champagne Aura De Marius by Delavenne is the result of 100% Pinot Noir coming from vines of the lieux-dits “Les Patronvilles” and “Les Ronçures” of the Grand Cru village of Bouzy in the Montagne de Reims. The Delavenne family manages the vineyard by adopting a sustainable and responsible approach, the land is in fact worked with integrated viticulture methods, natural fertilizers and without the use of herbicides. Produced from grapes of 2014 harvest, Aura De Marius Champagne vinifies in steel tanks and fermentation is spontaneous with indigenous yeasts; the malolactic process is not done and it does not undergo filtration or clarification processes. Aging on the yeasts for at least 6 years. Dosage within the Brut parameters (6 g/l). Rich and structured Blanc de Noirs Champagne, ideal for an aperitif or throughout the meal.
