The Champagne En Osmose by Cousheur-Bonnard is a Blanc de Blancs born from two carefully selected parcels, Derrière l'Abbaye and Les Perreuses, located between Nogent-l’Abbesse and Berru in the Montagne de Reims. It represents a viticultural project focused on harmony with the environment: vieilles vignes over 40 years old, under-row soil cultivation, and natural grass cover, ensuring a vineyard managed in full respect of its living ecosystem. A cuvée that consistently interprets the bond between terroir and artisanal sensitivity.

This edition, Millésime 2020, is made exclusively from Chardonnay and vinified entirely in oak barrels (fûts de chêne), where it also undergoes 11 months of maturation on fine lees, enhancing complexity and depth of expression. The process involves no filtration or fining, with only a natural cold stabilization to preserve the wine’s integrity and authenticity. After tirage, the wine ages on its lees for at least 36 months, developing structure and aromatic finesse. Disgorgement takes place with no dosage, maintaining a Brut Nature style that highlights purity, tension, and a transparent expression of its terroir.

On the palate, En Osmose 2020 is taut and vertical, with a refined and precise aromatic profile marked by a pronounced mineral character. It reveals a sleek structure, saline texture, and linear progression, supported by vibrant freshness and a dry, persistent finish, achieving a perfect balance between energy and depth.
