Champagne Chardonnay des Terres Amoureuses by Bertrand-Delespierre is a pure Chardonnay from grapes from the property vineyards of the Premier Crus of Chamery and Ecueil, in the Montagne de Reims.
Millésime 2015, this Blanc de Blancs is produced only in the best years for Chardonnay. Part of the vinification and refinement is carried out in demi-muid (600L barrels), refinement on its own yeasts before dégorgement for at least five years and added dosage of 3 g/l (Extra Brut). Limited edition of only 1000 bottles.
Fine, elegant and with a good structure, Champagne Chardonnay des Terres Amoureuses presents itself on the nose with delicate notes of quince and citrus fruits; on the palate the citrus aromas are accompanied by a pleasant acidity and delicious salinity.
