Champagne Roulot-Fournier
Cuvée TraditionChampagne Cuvée Tradition of Domaine Roulot-Fournier is the result of 100% Meunier from grapes from vineyards owned in Festigny, in the Vallée de la Marne. The Cuvée is made from grapes from the last harvest with the addition of 40% vin de réserve and ages on its yeasts for at least 48 months. Dosage 0 g/l (Brut Nature).Full-bodied, round Blanc de Meunier with pleasant fruity and fresh notes. Excellent as an aperitif, it also lends itself well to the whole meal, in combination for example with seafood. - Winery

Récoltant – Manipulant in Festigny, in the Vallée de la Marne, Domaine Roulot-Fournier is today managed by the winegrowing owners Nathalie and Richard Roulot, according to a know-how handed down for three generations.The Domaine has 8 hectares of vineyards characterized by the three classic Champagne vines: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier, of which the latter is the majority. 50% of the vines are over 25 years old, while the remaining 50% are over 15, grown according to the principles of sustainable viticulture. The Domaine is certified HVE (High Environmental Value) and VDC (Sustainable Viticulture).In the winemaking process all fermentations take place in stainless steel and enamelled steel tanks, malolactic fermentation is done. Non-vintage Cuvées age on their yeasts for at least three years, while vintage Cuvées for at least four years. Total production of 25,000 btg/year. - Shipping and returns
