Pierre Bailette's domaine is composed by three lots: Troits Puits, Rilly la Montagne and Verzenay, classified as Premier Cru in the area of Montagne de Reims. The three most important vines of the Champagne reason find their place here: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier. The Bailette family is particularly devoted to its terroir and produces its champagnes with great care to natural methods, avoiding the use of pesticides and herbicides, in an attempt to preserve tradition.
