Pascal and Laure Doquet's vineyards are located in the village of Vertus, on the southern peak of the Côte des Blancs, and the largest part of their 15 hectares are classified as Premier Cru and Grand Gru. Pascal Doquet is a representativ of the fourth generation of the family, managing the Champagne production. The maison has experienced a qualitative jump when Pascal's grandfather bought an accessorised cave from a bigger producer.
Since 2006, Pascal Doquet has decided to offer a new range of Champagne. These wines are obtained following the biodynamic method, combining elegance and strength. Their production is particularly limited and this turns its champagnes into a product for real lovers.
