Since 2014, Adrien, son of Vincent Renoir, has joined the family Domaine located in Verzy - a Grand Cru classified village in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. Adrien, a true vigneron of the new generation, has just begun his first vinifications under his own brand Champagne Adrien Renoir. He works his own vines following the principles of organic and biodynamic viticulture and in 2017 his conversion was completed.
Vinifications occur in oak barrels where fermentation is then spontaneousthanks to indigenous yeasts, long maturations on lees with as little intervention as possible (no refining or filtering). Adrien devotes himself each year to the "lieux dits" and the individual grape varieties to make the most of the different nuances of the Verzy terroir.
