Champagne Maurice Vesselle
RoséChampagne Rosé by Maurice Vesselle is the result of 100% Pinot Noir from vines planted in Bouzy, Grand Cru of the Montagne de Reims, the chosen soil for Pinot Noir.
The alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks while the malolactic fermentation is not carried out, aging on the yeasts for at least three years before dégorgément. Brut dosage.
Champagne Rosé presents itself with an intense shade of orange pink. A subtle and inviting bouquet emerges.

The Maison familiale Maurice Vesselle, founded in 1955 in Bouzy, takes its name from its founder Maurice Vesselle who, still today, signs his own name on the labels of his Champagnes.Today Maurice is supported in the management of the company by his sons Didier and Thierry, who over the years have demonstrated their ability to face the important challenges of the market while remaining tied to the values of the family tradition.The 7.5 hectares of vineyards, the true heritage of the Domaine Maurice Vesselle, are located in Bouzy, Grand Cru of the Montagne de Reims, the chosen soil for Pinot Noir, and are managed with great care and commitment according to the principles of sustainable viticulture. The Domaine is certified High Environmental Value – HVE and is committed to an approach that respects the environment and biodiversity.In the cellar, the Vesselles choose not to practice malolactic fermentation with the aim of preserving the personality of their wines, enhancing their typical features and territorial identity.
