The Frédéric Savart domaine covers 4 hectares in Montagne de Reims: three hectares in Ecueil and one hectare in the neighbouring village Villiers-aux-Noeuds, mostly Pinot Noir with just a half hectare of Chardonnay.

The family business was founded by Daniel's father, René Savart, who bought the first vineyards in 1947. Daniel started managing the company in 1970, even if the production has remained limited over time, up to the 80s. Today his son runs the company. Fréderic's philosophy is simple: "The best wine from the best grapes". That is the reason why he prefers to prevent diseases instead of healing them. The result is a high quality Champagne, authentic and genuine.
