Champagne Roses de Jeanne
UR/R19 Magnum
The Champagne Les Ursules UR/R19 by CĂ©dric Bouchard (Domaine Roses de Jeanne) is the fruit of 100% Pinot Noir harvested from an old vineyard over 39 years old near the village of Celles-sur-Ource (CĂ´te des Bar), inherited from his father with whom CĂ©dric started the history of the Domaine.
Harvest 2019 with vinification of only the first pressing of the grapes, fermentation in steel with indigenous yeasts. This is followed by a second fermentation in the bottle with ageing on the lees for around 24 months before dégorgement without liqueur de dosage.
A Champagne Blanc de Noirs that perfectly reflects the expression of its micro-terroir of origin.
