Champagne R&L Legras
Blanc de Blancs
The Champagne Blanc de Blancs by R&L Legras is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Grand Cru vineyards of Chouilly, in the CĂ´te des Blancs. The Maison, guardian of a centuries-old tradition, interprets with rigor and precision the vocation of this terroir, expressing an elegant, luminous, and mineral style.
The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, followed by an aging on the lees for at least four years. The restrained dosage contributes to shaping a balanced and harmonious Brut style, enhancing the freshness and purity of the grape variety.
On the palate, the Blanc de Blancs by R&L Legras reveals a straw-yellow hue with greenish reflections and a fine, persistent mousse. On the nose, it opens with notes of citrus, white flowers, and yellow-fleshed fruit, while on the palateit stands out for freshness, tension, and elegance, leading to a long and vibrant finish.
