Cuvée Initiation Magnum
The Champagne Cuvée Initiation by Benoît Dehu is the result of a blending of 78% Meunier and 22% Pinot Noir from a single parcel (lieu-dit) - called La Rue des Noyers - of about 1.7 hectares in the village of Fossoy. Vinification and aging in 228-litre oak barrels with natural yeast, then about 20 months in the bottle before disgorging. Champagne Brut Nature, extremely enveloping and perfectly balanced.
