This Champagne Rosé is the result of whole-bunch maceration, with a rigorous and precise process of short duration (72 hours) before alcoholic fermentation, which takes place in steel and with subsequent malolactic fermentation. This production method gives the wine a unique and distinctive personality. The refinement on the lees lasts a minimum of 12 years, culminating with a final dosage of 8 g/l - making it a Brut. The bottle stands out for its elegant and innovative curves, whose balanced and refined design hides a secret: the Cuvée Sourire de Reims. This unique expression of the best terroirs of Champagne represents a challenge to the passage of time, in perfect harmony with the philosophy of Maison Abelé 1757.

At sight, the Champagne Sourire de Reims Rosé strikes for its surprising bright pink color with splendid ruby ​​reflections. The effervescence is fine, with light and elegant, but persistent bubbles. On the nose, intense aromas of strawberries, raspberries, wild blackberries and cherries are released, accompanied by citrus notes of orange peel and candied apricot. Floral hints of rose are also perceived, followed by hints of roasting and spices such as cinnamon and cloves, as well as nuances of dried fruit, dried figs and honey.
