Blanc de Blancs

Blanc de Blancs is a Champagne froduced only from white grapes, namely Chardonnay, but not exclusively Chardonnay: some rare Cuvées also include Pinot Blanc, Arbanne, Petit Meslier and Fromenteau. This feature may not be printed on the label, according to the Maison/Vigneron's will.
