Parcellaire "Cul Crut" MagnumChampagne Parcellaire "Cul Crut" by Carole Haudot is the result of 100% Chardonnay from vineyards of the parcel (lieu-dit) "le cul-crut" located on the hills of Vitryat, in the Côte des Blancs. Produced from a careful selection of grapes to best express the characteristic "craie" of the terroir, is a Champagne with a persistent aromatic palette in perfect balance with more mineral notes. Dosage within the limits of Extra-Brut.

Domaine Haudot, in Vitry-en-Perthois, in the Côte des Blancs is managed by Carole Haudot, who inherited the family business from her father Charles, a Vigneron for almost 40 years, from whom she acquired the heritage of viticultural knowledge. Graduated in Agricultural Engineering and Oenology, Carole, after various work experiences in the sector in Italy and New Zealand, takes over the family vineyard in 2017 and creates her first Champagne in her name in 2021, with a production of around 7,800 bottles. The vineyards, all planted with Chardonnay, are in Vitry-en-Perthois and Val-de-Vière, two villages located a few kilometers from each other, but with a specific terroir that influences the aromas of the grapes: those of Vitry-en-Perthois features notes of exotic fruit, while those from Vitry-en-Perthois have more mineral notes and pear aromas. - Shipping and returns
