Delivery terms


The products ordered on GLUGULP! will be shipped throughout Italy, with the exception of San Marino, Livigno and Vatican City, and throughout Europe. You may request that shipment be to an address other than your personal address or billing address, by selecting the option during purchase, provided that the address belongs to the shipping countries listed above. Shipments will be made by courier during office hours, from Monday to Friday. All orders placed before 13:30 will be delivered to our courier preferably the same day and delivered within about 2/3 working days. We do not deliver products to P.O. Boxes. Please note that:

Delivery times are given for information only, and do not take into account possible delays arising from the procedure for authorising payment.

Orders will be processed in accordance with our "Terms of Sale". We cannot change the destination of orders once the products have been shipped.

The shipping times indicated above are absolutely indicative and may vary depending on low or high season, on holiday periods and/or on the destination. In any case, GLUGULP! is not responsible for any delays attributable to the courier and / or the customer.


The courier isn’t always able to guarantee delivery at arranged times; if you are almost always absent at your address, you can easily choose a UPS Access Point that is more convenient for you. In this way, you will know that your parcels are safe and that you can pick them up at your convenience. Our partners UPS are at your service with over 2,000 Points located throughout the country. During the purchase process, enter the address of the chosen Point and you will receive an email, as soon as your order is available for collection. All you have to do at the time of collection is present a valid ID. If you are unable to collect the package yourself, the person responsible for collection must have a copy of your ID with them, in addition to their valid ID. If the package is not collected within 5 days of delivery, it will be returned to our warehouse and we will then make a refund.


For orders up to EUR 150.00, the delivery fee amounts to EUR 10.00. For orders exceeding that price, you are not asked to pay any fee. Upon filling the order form, the system will automatically calculate the delivery fee.


For orders up to EUR 400.00, the delivery fee amounts to EUR 30.00. For orders exceeding that price, you are not asked to pay any fee. Upon filling the order form, the system will automatically calculate the delivery fee.

Taxes and VAT are calculated based on you shipping address and they are clearly indicated in the final page of you Order Confirmation. The delivery fees for orders shipped include VAT and all costs connected to the order delivery to the indicated address.


You can check the delivery status of your order by logging in onto our website and visiting the section "My orders". Alternatively, you can click on the link contained in our email confirmation. The link will be activated within 24 hours upon the courier's taken in charge of your order.


GLUGULP! delivers its products accurately wrapped to avoid any possible damage to the bottles, due to any pressure or oscillation during the transportation. To ensure that your order safely reaches the destination, we use a customised, safe and reliable polyethylene packaging. All bottles are wrapped into this special packaging, ensuring a better clash resistance. The packaging ensures thermal stability and protect the bottles from thermal shock. GLUGULP! relies on the best national and internationa couriers, to ensure on time delivery and competitive prices. The company accepts all risks connected to the products delivery by courier and is responsible for all damages during the delivery, before the confirmation signature.
